I help software and engineering teams build reliable, maintainable, and traceable software systems in complex technical environments — with a strong focus on software quality, agile collaboration, and responsible AI-enabled development.

I currently work as a Global Software Quality Manager at Innomotics, supporting international software projects with quality processes, quality gates, assurance practices, agile methods, and continuous improvement. My work combines software quality management with hands-on engineering experience and a growing focus on AI enablement in development processes.

Before joining Innomotics, I worked at Siemens Healthineers as a Senior Software Engineer and Subproject Manager, developing safety-critical firmware and control applications for medical imaging systems. This experience shaped my understanding of high-stakes software, where reliability, traceability, verification, and product integrity are essential.

Today, my focus is on combining software quality, agile engineering, and AI-assisted development to help teams use modern tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and OpenAI Codex productively — without losing control over quality, maintainability, review processes, and compliance.

My work is especially relevant for teams operating in standards-driven environments, including ISO 9001, ISO 19011, IEC 62304, ISO 14971, IEC 61508, IEC 62443, ISO/IEC 25010, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 23894 and the EU AI Act.
