• Tasks and responsibilities:

− Development of a comprehensive multi-protection insurance product from scratch, hence it's a greenfield project. The product is designed to offer extensive coverage against a variety of risks, providing a versatile solution for customers.

− The project includes creating the solution architecture, which is the technical framework supporting the product's functionalities. This is crucial to ensure the product effectively meets customer and business needs.

− Additionally, the project involves full stack development of the application, meaning both the front-end (user interface) and back-end (server, database, application).

• Project description: Project Reference Management Application with SAP integration. The main goal of the project is to build a portal where users can discuss a given topic or share their ideas for new business opportunities, potential optimizations of business processes, and other changes. This reference management module serves as a central hub for creating and finding project references. It offers filter functions such as client, country, and industry, enabling users to find all relevant references with just a few clicks.

• Tasks and responsibilities:

◦ Development of an application for maintaining project references and related data such as projects, customers, and working hours. I was responsible for creating the solution architecture, supervising programming work, and managing a team of programmers and testers.
