My background is in business consulting, transformation, project management, digital sales, stakeholder coordination, research, reporting and structured problem-solving. I support teams that need clarity, execution structure and decision-ready material, without setting up a large consulting project.

Typical work includes business analysis, market and competitor research, vendor comparisons, project setup, PMO support, executive reporting, workshop preparation and process improvement. I am used to working with ambiguous questions, scattered information and multiple stakeholders, and turning this into clear slides, summaries, plans and recommendations.

I also use practical AI workflows to make knowledge work faster and more repeatable. This can include AI-supported research, prompt-based reporting workflows, simple agent systems, RAG / document Q&A prototypes and workflow automation concepts.

My focus is not “AI for the sake of AI”. My value lies in combining consulting structure, project execution and pragmatic AI implementation to help teams move from messy input to clear outputs, decisions and next steps.
