Me and Veronika were long colleagues at Telefónica Germany in different departments, but also due to the “open-space” culture in our company I could experience her in her daily job as a very competent, dynamic, and easy-going person. Needless to say, that her very empathic and compassionate character in relationships with colleagues and partners contributed to a very positive and fruitful atmosphere at work, moreover on the professional side her business & marketing experience and the related competences are very wide, and she actively contributed to several projects aiming to constantly achieve a better business positioning for Telefónica Germany. After the positive experience at Telefónica Germany she took up a challenge from a full-time employee to an entrepreneur and a business owner. In this new role she developed a concept called “grow2be” which is a bridge between business and art… I personally find this concept very fascinating, and I have no doubt at all that Veronika, due to her competences and strong personality, is the right person for it.
