Before starting TMR and Co., I spent ten years at Babbel as the company grew from €100m to €300m in revenue. I built and led the CEO Office, shaped executive communication for a 1,000 person organisation, designed internal communication frameworks and supported leadership through restructuring, team changes and increased complexity.

Today I support founders and leadership teams through fractional Chief of Staff partnerships and complete CEO Office builds. This includes leadership rhythms, decision frameworks, internal communication systems and executive communication strategy. I help companies translate decisions into clear narratives, set expectations cleanly and keep teams aligned when things move quickly.
