As an experienced professional with nine years in the demanding environment of Intensive Care, specializing in Cardiac Surgery, and an additional year as a Perfusionist, I bring a highly analytical, results-driven, and intensely human-centric approach to product management. My journey through critical care has instilled in me a unique blend of skills that are directly transferable and exceptionally valuable in developing impactful products.

Beyond the technical and analytical, my background is fundamentally about understanding and responding to human needs. In critical care, empathy, clear communication, and active listening are not just soft skills; they are vital tools for patient care and collaboration with diverse medical teams.

My recent completion of the IBM Product Manager Professional Certificate has provided me with a strong foundational framework in core product management methodologies, including market research, product roadmap development, agile principles, and go-to-market strategies.

Gaining Hands-On Experience

To further solidify my transition and gain direct, practical experience, I am actively seeking opportunities to work as a second Product Manager on a case-by-case basis, even if on a pro bono or unpaid arrangement. I am highly motivated to contribute my skills and learn from experienced professionals in real-world product development scenarios, proving my value through direct application. This approach allows me to quickly accumulate relevant experience while providing immediate, committed support to a product team.
