Selected Achievements

LSI Germany: Designed a new Demand Planning concept including forecasting methodology, SAP APO forecasting, planning governance, safety stock optimization and S&OP improvements.

Norwex: Reduced global inventory by $2M while supporting growth from $96M to $300M+. Improved NPI forecast accuracy by 50%, generated $750k savings and reduced freight costs by 2%.

ACCO Brands: Reduced inventory by 20%, increased stock turns from 4.8 to 6.2 and improved service levels from 91% to 96%.

Aptar: Increased OTIF to >80% and contributed to a record EBITDA of 15.7% during a major restructuring.

Schenck Process: Increased OTIF from below 50% to around 70% while maintaining costs.

Edwards Vacuum: Achieved $3.6 million savings by redesigning the forecasting philosophy and improved forecast accuracy from 52% to 57%. Also reduced transport costs by $300,000.
