I defined and led a Software Security Champion initiative which spawned a couple of security champions in the first 6 months and contributed to the organizational transformation in the process area.

I have created the onboarding process, supported creation and delivery of the needed champion trainings.

Throughout the programme, I've acted as interface between the information security team, emerging security champions and agile leaders.

Due to my return to Germany, I had to leave the position regretfully.

Responsible for security consulting offerings towards small clients and prospects across entire EMEA.

- Services pre-sales and scoping support

- Post-sales business contact for services

- Business and account development

At the same time, I was a business and technical owner for one service offering consumed in Europe.

Left the senior consultant role to become less technical and more business-oriented.

With half a leg in technical delivery and oversight of familiar services, I got involved in the pre-sales and delivery project management of projects in the DACH region.

I became involved in the BSIMM (Building Security in the Maturity Model) space which benchmarks application security programs across organizations. Part of it included virtual BSIMM conference co-moderation.
