We built a digital simulation system for production lines that lets managers make decisions before investing in equipment or staff. I fully developed and launched Milolepo — Serbia’s largest handmade classifieds platform. Implemented product listings, related items, cart, checkout, favorites, seller pages, stock tracking, CSV import, Google login, and mobile UI. Integrated AI for search, product descriptions, multilingual UI, chat translation, and SEO. Added Stripe, PayPal, discounts, seller promotions, and analytics. Scaled via SEO and paid ads without external funding.
