I manage each project from the initial structure and visual design through development, technical setup, and launch. I create fast, responsive, and user-friendly websites designed to present services, brand identity, and contact information clearly across smartphones, tablets, and desktop devices.

I also provide logo design and visual identity services, helping clients maintain consistent communication across their website, social media channels, and business materials.

Founded, designed, and managed Edea Fun PvP, an independent Metin2 private server project developed across two main phases: July 2020 to March 2021 and a second release between 2023 and 2024.

I was responsible for the complete project lifecycle, including product planning, game and system development, technical coordination, visual direction, website development, community management, marketing, and release planning.

Main responsibilities and deliverables:

• Founded and managed the project from concept to launch

• Coordinated development priorities, releases, and technical updates

• Designed the overall visual identity and user experience

• Developed and managed the project website using Node.js

• Managed the Discord server and a community of approximately 500 active users

• Planned marketing activities and community communication

• Evaluated operating costs, revenue opportunities, and long-term financial sustainability

• Managed testing, feedback collection, issue resolution, and continuous improvements

• Coordinated the relaunch and second development phase between 2023 and 2024

The project gave me hands-on experience in combining software development, project management, digital product design, community building, and business planning.
