This role encompasses various responsibilities, including event planning, travel coordination, IT troubleshooting for the team, web administration, and managing internal and external correspondence in German and English. Additionally, the position involves office management, acting as a crucial liaison between the Managing Board and various partners such as the IT, HR, and Accounting partners. HR-related tasks such as payment slips, tracking working hours, recruitment, as well as providing support in presentations, copywriting, translations and basic bookkeeping (invoicing, debitors, creditors) as integral parts of the role. This multifaceted position requires a high level of organizational and communication skills, fluency in German and English and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently and effectively.
