Es geht um Prozesse die nicht sauber funktionieren, deren Aufwände zu hoch sind, die Firmen und Organisationsgrenzen überschreiten oder die den Status Ihrer Prozesse nicht nachverfolgen können.
Ergebnis meiner Arbeit ist:
- Klares Verständnis wie diese Prozesse ablaufen
- Welche Hindernisse(z.B. unnötige Wartezeiten durch unklare Verantwortung oder schlechte Kommunikation) im Lauf des Prozesses entstehen
- Wo manuelle Aufwände Zeit und Geld kosten und ich identifiziere Potentiale zur Automatisierung
- ermittle Kosten der Prozesse (wenn möglich)
- benenne Abhängigkeiten der Prozesse
- Erstelle mit dem Kunden zusammen ein Blick auf die Relevanz und den Wertbeitrag der betrachteten Prozesse
Am effektivsten funktioniert dies bei sauber strukturierten Anwendungsfällen, welche ermittelt werden können sofern dies bisher noch nicht geschehen ist.
