I have built AI-assisted tools for transformation and change leaders, including change complexity assessment, stakeholder analysis, impact and mitigation management, and transformation RAID tracking. I bring this tool-based approach into client work so we do not start from empty slides or generic methodology documents. We can quickly establish a structured way to assess risk, align stakeholders, track impacts, prepare adoption, and support executive decisions.

I also train project managers, leaders, sponsors, and transformation teams in practical change management routines.

My background includes 15+ years across transformation, ERP/SAP adoption, Salesforce optimization, Microsoft Copilot and GenAI adoption, SSC transformation, commercial PMO leadership, KPI systems, and executive reporting.
