My Workflow: Bridging Systems & Optimizing Data

In my current work, I focus on building digital bridges between business platforms like Monday.com and Cisco Webex. The main goal is to make sure that information moves automatically from one place to another so people don't have to copy-paste it manually.

Most of my time is spent working with APIs and handling the "hidden" side of automation. This includes managing secure access through OAuth2, where the system has to stay logged in on its own using refresh tokens. It sounds simple, but in reality, it requires a lot of fine-tuning. I have to deal with technical limits, such as how fast data can be sent or how a system reacts when a password is changed or a session expires.

When a problem occurs, like a blocked account or an expired token. I act as a detective and a mechanic at the same time. I dive into the logs to find where the connection broke, adjust the timing and security logic, and get the sync back on track. My job is to take these complex, messy technical hurdles and turn them into a smooth, invisible process that just works in the background, allowing the business to manage its information faster and without errors.

I am currently developing a project designed to help my family better manage their household expenses. The tool works by scanning receipts, extracting each line item with its description and price, and then automatically categorizing the expenses. All the data is neatly organized and exported into Google Sheets, making it easy to track spending, analyze categories, and plan budgets.

The solution can be implemented either as a Telegram bot or a standalone application, depending on user needs. It combines OCR (optical character recognition) with smart automation, so that repetitive manual data entry is completely eliminated.

This project reflects my focus on automation, practical problem solving, and creating tools that simplify everyday life. It is an example of how I can design and develop custom automation solutions for clients who want to save time, reduce errors, and optimize their workflows.

Developed a Telegram bot for personal task management. The bot allows users to add, view, edit, and delete tasks, as well as set reminders. Implemented a simple database for storing tasks.

It was my first practical project and brought me the initial desire and desire to develop in the field of automation and bots.
