- SCALED: advised on German GmbH setup, finance operating model, and business planning; supported initial Luxembourg fund structuring (waterfall / priority of payments, tranche design, credit enhancement and rating alignment); built valuation and reporting framework, mapped regulatory processes (AIFM/MiFID readiness, governance), engaging with institutional stakeholders (e.g. KfW, Allianz, FinDev Canada)

- Educational tech SaaS (Series A) - Interim Head of Finance: led finance function and performance steering (budgeting, KPI dashboards, board reporting); drove Spanish market entry; advised on €7m Series A execution (equity story, cap table design, valuation modelling, liquidity planning, data room setup, investor coordination)

- CNCmarket.de: led DACH market discovery and go-to-market; defined ICPs/ buyer personas, mapped procurement processes, and validated demand via expert interviews; built bottom-up market sizing and unit economics, supported M&A target screening and buy-and-build strategy with hands-on deal sourcing across proprietary and platform-based channels

- Worked on M&A post-merger integration, designing target operating models and supporting integration of transactions.

- Built financial and valuation models for JV and renewables investments (IRR, sensitivity, and cash flow).

- Led strategic reviews of renewables finance/tech (solar, hydrogen, BESS): market structure, peer strategies, ESG incl. carbon pricing.

- Drove process mapping and improvements, including an AI-enabled automation project with external advisors.

- Exposure to major regional deals: $11 bn lease-and-leaseback (BlackRock led consortium) and 15 GW renewables co-investment (ACWA Power & PIF).

- Led FP&A integration and financial steering for a €5bn renewables portfolio (onshore & offshore wind, solar PV, US tax equity) across jurisdictions; aligned budgets, KPIs, and long-term plans with platform strategy.

- Oversaw FP&A and portfolio reporting; standardised models and cadence, cutting the close-to-report cycle by ~30%.

- Managed and developed a four-person FP&A/valuation team (two FTEs, two interns); coordinated asset teams and external advisors.

- Defined cash-waterfall and DSCR/LLCR monitoring, enhancing liquidity visibility and informing financing and guarantee decisions.

- Evaluated new investments, JVs, disposals; applied DCF/multiples, integrating due diligence and regulatory impacts into valuation.

- Developed and enforced valuation policies (IFRS 13, IPEV, AIFMD); led the quarterly fair-value cycle and IC materials.
