I am "out of the box thinkers" and I have +15 years expertise in launching innovative digital services in the banking, retail, media and telco industry.

- Loyalty and CRM: I launched loyalty programs (cashback, points and experience based) in 3 industries (telco, banking and retail) at the European level. I implemented marketing automation projects in Europe on a multichannel environment (Emarsys, Pega and Oracle) with +30% customer spending increase and -20% customer churn

- Innovation: I launched the first mobile money transfer service in Europe, a mobile payment service in Italy, a prepaid transport card in Italy, innovative payment services in Switzerland and Europe (apple pay, swatch pay, google pay, contactless payments), customer retention and scoring, and a cashback program merchant funded for more than 25 million bank customers in Italy
