My skills as a project manager and data engineer are in the design and development of data-driven applications and predictive models for various domains.

My curiosity and scientific toolset enable me to challenge existing approaches and develop new results independently and in a structured way. Based on this, finding innovative approaches and project ideas as well as their solution-oriented implementation between the poles developers, domain experts and stakeholders is a matter of course for me.

I have a background as a research assistant at the Institute of Information Systems at the University of Leipzig with a research focus on data-driven optimization of online decision processes. I completed my doctorate with summa cum laude.

I have in-depth knowledge of the concepts of data storage and processing architectures as well as the implementation of machine learning concepts for anomaly detection and predictive analytics in regression and forecasting problems in production.

In recent years, I have developed and evaluated state-of-the-art batch and stream data processing and analytics solutions for various use cases. Hands-on experience in agile software development, project management, and leading innovative data science teams round out my profile.
