The Energy Dojo is a simulation-based leadership training system designed for managers who need to change behaviour, not just gain knowledge. The core methodology uses realistic workplace scenarios to practise decision-making, team dynamics, frameworks, and operational clarity under pressure, the same conditions managers face in real life. Programs range from focused 6 weeks intensives to 12-month development tracks, built around a single principle: you only improve what you actually practise.

Independent leadership development practice working with managers and leadership teams in corporate environments. As COO of the Qatar branch, I owned full operational responsibility across HR, IT, finance, and business operations in the Middle East. I led a company-wide transformation programme covering process redesign, organisational restructuring, and cultural change across a multinational team. This role required navigating complex stakeholder environments, building operational infrastructure from the ground up, and driving execution in a high-growth, high-pressure context.
