I was involved and worked cross functionally with software development Catalog Items (UI/UX, HTML, bootstrap, Angular.js), workflow, process management, testing, method support, billing, reporting and communication with stakeholders. I also collaborated a lot with the Service Desk to optimize testing and development.
    It also included following up on the agreements (SLA) could be realized during the rollout. The reporting was sent to the steering group and the project method was agile, iterative, sprints and Scrum-like. Jira was used for requirements and project follow-up.
    At the same time, I completed courses at ServiceNow University, which included modules in ITSM and ITBM.
