Since February 2022, I have been working as an Onsite Search Specialist at REXEL Austria, the largest electrical wholesaler in the country. My role involves optimizing product search and navigation by analyzing search queries, improving relevance and ranking algorithms, running A/B tests for new features, and collaborating closely with Category Management, Marketing, and IT. Through targeted search optimizations, I have successfully increased both the conversion rate and customer satisfaction.

From June 2017 to February 2022, I worked as a Data Analyst & Shop Manager at Frauenthal Handel Gruppe AG, one of Austria’s leading wholesale and retail groups. I was responsible for managing and optimizing the online shop, monitoring KPIs, analyzing customer behavior, and implementing data-driven improvements to increase sales and user satisfaction. My role also involved coordinating with suppliers, marketing teams, and IT to ensure product data accuracy, improve search functionality, and streamline the overall customer journey.

From November 2015 to May 2017, I worked in E-Business Online Marketing at ÖAG Haustechnik, a leading Austrian supplier of heating, plumbing, and installation technology. My responsibilities included managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing product listings for the online shop, and improving SEO to increase organic traffic. I also collaborated with internal teams to enhance product presentation, ensure accurate data integration, and support the launch of promotional activities, resulting in improved customer engagement and sales performance.
