Freelance HR & Recruitment Assistant for SMEs, EN–FR Translator, and Startup Virtual Assistant.

I support small businesses and startups with time‑consuming HR and administrative tasks: writing and publishing job ads, screening applications, conducting first‑round interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing employment contracts and required documents.

I also assist companies with the digitalisation of their HR processes: selecting the right HR tool, setting up the database (documents, templates, employee files), and writing clear and efficient HR procedures.
