▪ Advanced from VP of Engineering Deputy to Head of Engineering (Jan '23 to Jan '24) while concurrently holding role of Video Team Leader.

▪ Led the Tribe in stabilising Believe's mission-critical audio/video distribution pipeline following a major outage; strengthened on-premise infrastructure and testing culture, reducing downtime over two years.

▪ Catalysed company-wide "Be Odyssey" initiative through "Tech Odyssey" digital transformation programme, using agile strategies to prevent business disruption.

▪ Spearheaded cloud migration supporting 20-30% annual growth in computing and storage capacity.

▪ Executed cloud-native infrastructure transition with minimal disruption by applying iterative methodology and stakeholder collaboration.

▪ Increased engineering adoption of agile methodologies as a cornerstone of transformation efforts.

As a Senior Engineering Team Leader, I spearheaded the development of cloud-based solutions aimed at maximising efficiency and innovation within FinOps. I streamlined team processes by promoting agility and collaboration, which significantly boosted productivity and technical problem-solving across teams. My role involved ensuring seamless system integration through effective cross-functional coordination, driving continuous improvement and achieving operational excellence. Key Achievements:

▪ Architected event-driven cloud infrastructure on AWS using Kafka to support new product based on Java-Spring microservices.

▪ Empowered agile team to manage entire software lifecycle: design, development, QA, security, observability, support, and maintenance.

▪ Advocated for team autonomy, becoming first fully autonomous team on AWS with DevOps practices in organisation.

▪ Challenged and transformed organisational structures to enable trust and autonomy in cloud product development.
