Led a sales organization of 60 Microsoft Dynamics specialists (50 senior sales & presales + 10 marketing), restructuring the team by industry sector to improve focus and efficiency Managed the entire sales pipeline and P&L for Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects in France, from lead generation to contract closing, in coordination with a 400-person delivery unit to ensure project success Strengthened the strategic alliance with Microsoft and oversaw major bids and project kick-offs, improving win rates and customer satisfaction through enhanced pre sales and delivery governance

Built EY's Microsoft practice from scratch, growing it to 40 consultants and ~€8 M annual revenue in 3 years. Achieved ~100% year-on-year growth, making Microsoft one of the fastest-growing service lines. Led delivery of marquee projects, e.g. a Dynamics 365 Sales core model rollout for Estée Lauder across 20 countries.
