• - Managed and optimised the agency CEO's LinkedIn profile, ensuring a professional and engaging presence on the platform.

• - Publishing relevant and engaging content to increase visibility and interaction with the CEO's professional network. Created a database of clients and leads:

• - I developed a comprehensive database of new leads using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• - Identified and qualified potential leads, segmenting them according to specific criteria for targeted marketing campaigns.

My main role was to assist the marketing team in different tasks related to the promotion and advertising of the company and its products. The tasks I performed included conducting market research to identify opportunities and trends, participating in the design of advertising campaigns and the preparation of promotional and sales material for the company's different products as well as the execution of digital marketing and social media strategies. I had the opportunity to work on the creation and editing of multimedia content, such as promotional videos and product presentations.

My main role was to process customer purchases quickly and efficiently, providing excellent customer service and ensuring transactions were carried out accurately and securely. The tasks I performed included receiving goods from customers, scanning items for recording on the till system, handling cash and card payments, and delivering receipts and products purchased. I had the opportunity to assist in the preparation and replenishment of products on the shelves and in the management of product returns and exchanges. As a weekend cashier, I worked rotating shifts, maintaining a friendly and professional attitude towards customers at all times. I also worked as part of a team with other supermarket staff to ensure that customer flow and checkout management ran smoothly.
