My work focuses on spatial transcriptomics/transcriptomics, NGS data analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning, AI applications, and pipeline development. I have experience building practical computational tools, developing analysis workflows, and solving complex biological data problems with a combination of scientific understanding and strong programming skills.
