• Identified, initiated, and implemented cost-saving opportunities using Design-to-Cost methods for both New Product Introductions (NPI) and existing products.

• Implemented a global "Product Cost Management" software to execute "Should-Costing" based supplier negotiations, shadow calculations in the product development process, and improvement of cost models.

• Conducted competitor product benchmarks in collaboration with R&D, product management, quality, and global procurement, and ensured the resulting learning outcomes.

• Supported the global strategic procurement team in conducting RFI's, RFP's & RFQ's and developed the supplier base.
