I design digital products that simplify complex business workflows.

Over the past five years I've worked with enterprise SaaS platforms used by automotive dealerships, logistics and operational teams, designing products that support real business processes from lead generation to customer delivery.

My work combines UX research, interaction design, design systems and implementation support. I enjoy working closely with Product Managers, developers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into products that are intuitive, scalable and technically feasible.

Designed and improved enterprise SaaS applications used by automotive dealerships across the complete customer lifecycle — from lead generation and sales management to vehicle handover, after-sales services and customer portals.

Worked closely with Product Owners, developers and stakeholders to analyse workflows, design user flows, wireframes and prototypes, and support implementation through usability testing and structured documentation.

Initiated the company's first design system to improve consistency across multiple products and created onboarding materials and e-learning content to support product adoption.

Completed a full-time requalification course based on a mentored project study of front-end mobile app development. Implemented the entire design process focused on a user-centric design where the result was a clickable prototype of an expert mobile app.
