+ I was responsible for the consolidation and category management of the online marketing activities of the 123 companies in the Otto group + I was carrying out cross-company workshops to increase bundling and leverage synergy potential in the area of digital marketing e.g. SEA, SEO agencies, price & product comparison engines, affiliate networks, and agencies, display advertising & retargeting companies, content marketing agencies as well as social media agencies + I was Procurement-side project lead for national and international, group wide procurement projects and was part of the project team to introduce a digital tender platform
