Mit über 13 Jahren Erfahrung in der IT-Branche spezialisiere ich mich auf den Entwurf und die Implementierung von Microservice-basierten Backend-Systemen unter Verwendung von Java und Spring, insbesondere im Cloud-Umfeld.

In den letzten 5 Jahren leite ich funktionsübergreifende Teams in der digitalen Produktentwicklung, wobei ich die Verantwortung für die technische Architektur, Ressourcenplanung, das Stakeholdermanagement und die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Projekten übernehme.

Kürzlich habe ich ein SaaS-Produkt eines führenden internationalen Anbieters für Cloud-Kommunikation (CPaaS) von der Idee bis zur Markteinführung geführt.

Dabei genieße ich es besonders, Produkte und Ideen über ihren gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg zu begleiten. Dies umfasst das sammeln von Anforderungen, das Entwerfen der technischen Architektur, das Erstellen der Produkt-Roadmap und deren Aufgliederung in umsetzbare Aufgaben sowie das aktive Mitwirken in der Entwicklung.

Bei der Teamführung lege ich großen Wert auf eine offene und inklusive Atmosphäre, in der sich jedes Teammitglied wertgeschätzt fühlt und seine Ideen frei einbringen kann. Meine Stärke liegt darin, technische Komplexität verständlich zu kommunizieren und Teams dazu zu motivieren, innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln.

I set up a cross-functional team of 7 members from scratch (2 FE, 3 BE, 1 UX, 1 PM). The objective was todevelop and test a SaaS MVP incrementally with a strategic customerand roll it out to the entire customer base (150,000). This was achieved after one year.

My tasks included:
- Accountable for technical quality and responsible for the developers in the team
- Participated in the early business discovery and User-testing for new features with the Product Manager, UX Designer and customer(s)
- Led the technical solution design and requirements-analysis, -breakdown and -estimation
- Set-up and continuously improved the teams’ coding guidelines, ways of working, processes
- Coached each team member through one-to-ones, code reviews, retrospectives which led to a team culture of ownership and trust
- Spearheaded initiatives as the first team in the company and consulted other teams about them (e.g. Scrum and business discovery process)
- Conducted technical interviews for hiring new candidates
