I'm an entrepreneur as a service. For over a decade, leaders and founders have brought me in to build what doesn't exist yet, structure what's grown too messy, and stress-test the bets they're about to make — always as the honest right hand while they do it.

I build commercial functions from zero across startups, venture studios, consultancies, and regulated markets, reporting straight to founders, CEOs, and boards. My focus is simple: business models and revenue. A business model that actually works is one that brings in revenue — and I get my own hands dirty making it happen, not just on the slide.
