I specialise in guiding people through the recovery of a burnout. In the early stages I support clients with Reiki Healing to calm the mind and the nervous system. Ones burnouts symptoms are no longer present we go into the coaching process. I like to include methods in my work with clients that have resonated with me in my own process: such as meditation, journaling, intuition work and spiritual practices in order to really connect you with our inner wisdom.

As people who have experienced a burnout will often struggle going back to their former job, I help people find their purpose and passions to help them reinvent their work life. For some this means a simple change of workplace but for most it means a career change or even exploring self-employment. Having gone through this process myself of stepping away from a high-performing job to become self-employed – I am passionate about supporting people at this particular cross road in life.

Besides coaching i offer start-up business consulting for people who want to quit their 9 to 5 job and become self-employed. With my background from Google I consult on everything from creating a business plan, branding, visual identity, website and marketing.

I have supported agencies on different projects in tech, lifestyle, art & culture: doing pop-up studios, planning product launches, executing marketing campaigns, building stronger brands and creating more impactful event experiences. Some client examples: Patreon, Google, LAS Art Foundation, Berggruen Institute and Zentrum für neue Sozialpolitik.

As a Product Marketing Manager in Berlin I was brand lead and in charge of B2C marketing activities across different digital products for the DACH region (Google Ads, Google Search, Google Arts & Culture, Google Zukunftswerkstatt).
