I bring over 30 years of international experience in contract and commercial management across major EPC/EPCC energy and infrastructure projects, including complex contractual negotiations, project-financed developments, PPP structures, and multi-stakeholder project execution. My work spans projects exceeding €4 billion in value across more than 15 countries.

I hold advanced legal training in both Common and Civil Law jurisdictions, including a Master of Legal Studies (European Business Law) and an LL.M in English Construction Law and Practice. This enables me to provide high-level legal insight, risk assessment, and contractual guidance in projects, without acting as formal legal counsel.

A distinctive strength I offer is a dual perspective from 15 years on the contractor side and 15 years on the owner side. This experience allows me to anticipate positions, manage interfaces effectively, and develop pragmatic, enforceable solutions in claims, risk allocation, and dispute avoidance.

In my role as Department Manager for Procurement and Contract Management at OMV (Nawara Project, Tunisia), I led commercial and contractual management activities for EPCC contracts totaling approximately USD 900 million, including claims strategy, dispute resolution mechanisms, and interface coordination across multiple contractors and stakeholders. As Head of Contract Management at OMV Power International, I oversaw contracts across a portfolio of conventional and renewable power projects. More recently, I have provided advisory support in the photovoltaic sector, guiding international clients on complex contractual and risk matters.
