Hey! I'm Katharina and a product manager & facilitator. If you're looking for someone who brings a human-centred approach, creativity, and curiosity to your project, then you're in the right place.

In the past 5 years I've helped to build products in a startup, scale-up, not-for-profit, with friends, and for large corporations. I've worked in the travel, AI, insurtech, e-commerce, and sustainbility spaces.

Some things I've done:

-implemented a framework for receiving and evaluating user feedback continuously.

-owned the integration of a new partner bringing 30k additional products to an e-commerce platform and boosting sales (worked with design, engineers, QA, and various business stakeholders throughout)

-faciliated ideation workshops, as well as hundreds of Scrum and Kanban cermonies including dailies, retrospectives, sprint plannings and refinements.

-taught UX & design thinking to colleagues via a game, as well as to school kids via interactive workshops

-shared my product manager & career learnings via videos on Youtube and generated over 27 thousand views

-also worked with tools like: Jira, Miro, Notion, Confluence, Asana, Slack, just to name a few

I tend to thrive in dynamic and agile environments with diverse teams. It makes me happy to bring people together, help them work more efficiently with each other, and enjoy their work more.

What drives me is working with organizations that solve real, human problems. For me these tend to fall into the sustainability, health, education and fem tech spaces. And of course there are many other incredible impact-driven organisations!
