Led a product design team working on a B2B product, managing designers across the full project lifecycle while maintaining hands-on involvement in strategy and execution. Responsible for setting design direction, mentoring team members, and ensuring design quality aligned with business and user goals. Balanced team leadership with individual contribution, adapting the role as the team and product evolved.

Senior Product Designer (2016–2020)

Owned the design of consumer-facing native and web applications across one of Europe's fastest-growing food delivery platforms. Worked across the full product experience — from discovery and user research through to high-fidelity UI and handoff — at a scale reaching millions of users across multiple markets. Collaborated closely with product and engineering in a fast-paced, internationally distributed environment.

Over 15 years of experience spanning web design, UI, graphic design, print, and advertising across agencies, studios, and in-house roles. Worked with major regional and international clients including Nissan, BMW, Mastercard, Unicredit Bank and others across branding, identity, digital and campaign work. This period built a broad creative foundation — from visual communication and art direction to early interactive and mobile design — that continues to inform a user-centered, craft-conscious approach to product design today.
