Developing an overarching design strategy while establishing a UCD data-driven culture on the core of the company. I scaled and co-mentored the design team, as well as implemented Lean UX processes and research methodologies to drive successful design. I also took a leading role in driving exploration, ideation, conceptualization, and validation for all potential features.

Co-developing a strategy to raise UX maturity in the organization and scale the design team’s resources, specialization, and processes organically across multiple departments at the Digital Factory. I took a principal role by leading the Deutsche Bank Mobile design team, and drove the UX research and design practices for most of its potential features, having an impact on the lives of millions of customers.

Working on more than 30 international innovation cross-industry projects at the Mobile Competence Center under Scrum's framework, leading small multidisciplinary design teams and managing direct communications with clients, stakeholders, and development teams, in order to create and improve digital solutions for a wide range of platforms such as desktops, tablets, smartphones, wearables or POS terminals. My main tasks are focused on functional analysis, usability consultancy, information architecture definition and refinement, IxD - HCI design, accessibility, and user research.
