I am a dedicated marketing expert strongly skilled in Strategy, Digital Marketing and Team Management.
For ten years I have been working in various positions for the global sportswear brand ASICS. This allowed me to gain deep experience in various business areas from sales to product management up to DTC and Retail Marketing. Thanks to my omnichannel approach - it allowed me to continuously improve and strengthen my knowledge in all relevant Marketing disciplines with a strong focus on everything Digital.

Working hands-on in the first years of my career, I am now bringing five years of management and team lead experience. In my current role, I am working as a cross-category Enabler with direct reports managing Affiliate Marketing, Brand Partnerships, Content Management and development, Social-Media channels, Ambassador and influencer Marketing, data-driven Marketing and technical solutions (IRM platform, webpages).
As its founder, I have been responsible for the ASICS FrontRunner community, which now has been rolled out to 35 countries globally. Being responsible for selecting, educating, and leading a team of 24 Community Managers and the general Community Strategy incorporating Direct-to-Consumer stores and eCom in Europe and the Emerging Markets. The Community work has been awarded by ASICS Global for winning the global big ideas contest in 2016.
I am strongly skilled in presenting, and as such have been invited as a speaker about digital marketing topics at the Ispo, Horizont Digital Marketing Days, Inreach, Dmexco, All Facebook/AII In􀀁luencer conference, and more.

My background as an agency owner for event organization and promotional staff, alongside employing hundreds of freelancers, combined with experience in different competence fields for ASICS allows me to sense check and challenge various perspectives and strongly connect the dots to a truly Integrated, data-driven Marketing and communication approach.
