Issam El Ghaouty

I started my career with a simple strength: I like bringing structure into complex situations.

My background is in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering, which taught me to look at problems from both a technical and commercial perspective. Since then, I have worked in consulting, project coordination, business development, and event operations across Germany and the GCC region.

What I enjoy most is working at the point where people, processes, data, and decisions come together. I help teams clarify what needs to be done, structure information, coordinate stakeholders, prepare management materials, track progress, and turn scattered input into clear next steps.

In my previous roles, I have supported client projects, prepared presentations and reports, coordinated workshops and meetings, worked with international stakeholders, and helped teams stay aligned under time pressure. I am used to environments where priorities change, details matter, and communication needs to be clear.

I am especially interested in projects related to business analysis, PMO support, process improvement, digital transformation, international business development, and event or operations coordination.

I work in English, German, Arabic, and Spanish, and I am comfortable supporting international teams remotely or on site.
