I'm working with a construction company that focuses on commercial and public buildings, and I'm there to help them out with some consulting. I'll be working closely with the client to design and implement a structured data collection and analysis system, defining requirements, mapping process steps and building the underlying workbook architecture. The project started out as an initial implementation, but has now moved on to an ongoing optimisation phase, where data flows, reporting and process efficiency are continuously refined as the project grows.

Responsible for designing and implementing a structured data collection process during the maintenance of salt extraction basins and throughout the further processing stages after extraction. Worked directly alongside operational staff in the field to capture accurate process data, which was then structured and prepared for analysis. The role required translating complex physical and industrial operations into clean, consistent and analysable data formats.
