Scrum Master & Agile Coach – Complex Hardware + Software (Roche)

At Roche Diagnostics, I coached a complex SAFe Agile Release Train spanning hardware, embedded software, medical and regulatory stakeholders.

My focus:

Enabled a mechanical hardware team to deliver more predictably by clarifying cross-team dependencies, decision paths and ownership across the ART.

Improved how teams managed impediments and prioritisation, redesigning key ceremonies (refinement, PI planning, syncs) to surface risks early and align on what really matters.

Acted as coach, mentor and sparring partner to Team, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and leaders to strengthen collaboration, psychological safety and sustainable ways of working.

In parallel, I coached a large software, MES and Quality (IT/OT) organisation focused on operational technology to define and use OKRs and KVIs. This shifted them from ticket-driven work to a smaller set of measurable outcomes, improved transparency with stakeholders, and established more transparent leadership, onboarding and communication practices to keep teams aligned despite a very wide breadth of topics and stakeholders. I introduced AI generated product management and backlog creation to them, saving a lot of time while ensuring product alignment.

Drawing on my cross‑industry coaching experience, I founded ¿and ask! to give coaches and teams an AI‑ and experience‑driven app that enhances team dynamics and productivity. I coordinate an agile, cross‑functional team of software developers, UX designers and researchers, and marketing specialists to continuously evolve the product.

At And Whoo, I help organisations improve how they decide and deliver value in a fast‑moving, AI‑accelerated world. We work with leadership, product and delivery teams to create clarity on priorities, turn that clarity into momentum, and make value visible for stakeholders.

My work combines agile coaching and agile leadership with product and portfolio strategy. I design and lead engagements that align strategy, product and teams, build a practical delivery operating system, and use AI as a lever to remove friction in decisions and execution. Typical topics include strengthening agile leadership and team autonomy, establishing decision and delivery rituals that actually stick, and supporting international (often remote) teams to focus, collaborate and perform.
