• Led the launch phase of Vinfast VF8 electric SUVs across Vietnam and California, overseeing all commercial aspects including product marketing, pricing, brand, and online/offline sales. Delivered the first 999 vehicles outside of Vietnam, marking the company's international market entry.

• Coordinated multi-functional launch team across sales, marketing, logistics and compliance. Reported directly to Group Chairman and Vinfast CEO.

Venture-backed platform scaling logistics & delivery for 100K+ merchants across Vietnam.

• Led all corporate functions (finance, legal, HR, marketing, strategy) and supported operational scale-up from early stage to nationwide reach with 15K+ drivers.

• Raised $100M+ across Series A–C rounds from institutional investors (Temasek, Olympus Capital, eWTP); led all aspects of transaction execution. Oversaw ongoing IR, board communications and ESOP structuring.

• Negotiated and managed key accounts that contributed over 50% of total volume and revenue. Secured wallet share in Vietnam's highly saturated last-mile delivery market.

• Achieved breakeven and sustained profitability through double-digit topline growth and a 4-point gross margin expansion over four years.
