I led the N26 UK market launch from a standing start, delivered in four weeks: brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and full launch activation. Record-low customer acquisition cost and the most successful market entry in the company's history. From there I moved into a global marketing lead role across N26's core markets.

That work became a specialism in high-stakes brand and launch strategy for tech companies. At Remagine, I joined in stealth and built the brand and GTM strategy from the ground up for a seed-stage B2B fintech. Still in beta, the company won a national Fintech Award and raised €20M.

Across 12+ years and 6+ major European markets, I've built and led marketing teams from scratch, with full P&L ownership across B2B and consumer. From finance and SaaS to AI and healthcare.
