Senior Javascript Fullstack developer with 10+ years experience in the web development field.

React and MERN stack is what I mostly work with but I do have a deep knowledge of Javascript and the different tools and workflow of a product development, therefore I don't feel particularly attached to any framework and I am able to jump in in new technologies quite easily.

Early stage startups are my favourite.

I define myself as generalist and I enjoy work on multiple areas of product development.

Since years I work 100% remotely and I believe is the most productive solution for me.

Lately, I work more and more in the education sector, as Web development Bootcamp instructor and private coach

I also enjoy writing technical articles when I have time.

During my time at Onja I lead, coordinate and mentor a group of 20 junior developers. The Junior developers were working as consultant for various projects around the world.
My main tasks were:
- Support Junior developers with their daily tasks suggesting best practices, fixing bugs, how to tackle new functionality, giving tips on code architecture and product development
- Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth and development (Technical and personal)
- Mentor on the best way to learn new technologies, stay up-to-date, deal with day to day problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that support the growth and success of the organization
- Support the sales and hiring teams in finding the best job opportunity for the in-house developers

As course designer I:
- Outlining a course MVP for Junior Frontend developers to upskill to medium to senior level
- I created class content with a mix of presentation, exercises, Q&A, quizzes and team exercises
- Create several Polls to understand which topics was most important and dear to the developers to learn

On the side I start some community events like Tech Talks, online community, pair programing/mentorship, documentation
