Acted as 3 level escalation point for team members, resolving complex technical issues in server administration, virtualisation, and cloud connectivity to minimise downtime. Led time attendance software implementation project, handling full setup, installation, and integration with existing hybrid systems for seamless workforce tracking. Created comprehensive site documentation and Standard Operating Procedures for managed software and infrastructure, improving team efficiency and knowledge transfer.

Delivered full project lifecycle from assessment and setup to testing and handover across 100 sites, reducing backup windows and improving system resilience across managed sites. Implemented Veeam Backup & Replication solution using a 3-stage approach including Immutable backups for enhanced disaster recovery. Configured Veeam infrastructure to support hybrid VMware and Azure environments running Windows Server OS, ensuring data integrity, minimal RPO/RTO, and compliance with business continuity requirements. Developed PowerShell script which collected information on backup jobs from the Veeam Enterprise Manager REST API, which then was uploaded to Azure Blob storage and used in PowerBI reporting.

Led a team of 10 in delivering IT services, acting as 3rd-level escalation for technical support while managing Hyper-V and VMware environments including Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, File and RDS servers. Spearheaded server migration projects, including P2P, V2V and P2V environments with both VMware and Hyper-V. Spearheaded onsite Exchange to Microsoft 365 migration projects and maintained/installed server as well as DR infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with company objectives. Application owner for NinjaRMM, driving patch management, endpoint automation, and system compliance across multi-site environments.
