Über die letzten Jahre habe ich mich in zahlreichen Projekten an der Schnittstelle von Strategie, Innovation und Nachhaltigkeit bewegt - in Europa wie auch in Lateinamerika. In diesem Umfeld habe ich eine Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Lösung mitentwickelt, welche es erlaubt, qualitative Strategiedaten in Organisationen zu sammeln und diese für die strategische Entscheidungsfindung und Umsetzung nutzbar zu machen.
Meine Expertise und Fähigkeiten liegen im Moderieren von kollektiven Strategie- und Innovationsprozessen, im Aufbau und Management neuer Projekte sowie im Management von komplexen Prozessen mit einer Vielzahl von Stakeholdern.
