My name's Felix.
What I do: build systems that absorb the repetitive work, so human teams can focus on what genuinely requires judgment.
Six years watching the same pattern across very different settings — CAC40 groups, Berlin startups, global sustainable-finance players: at some point, volume outgrows people. That's when you need systems, not more hands.
Today I build those systems full-time, AI-augmented: AI agents, n8n workflows, internal knowledge systems.
What I bring to an assignment:
• Audit of internal workflows (CS, Support, Ops, PM) and an AI-agent roadmap prioritized by operational impact
• Design and build of AI agents (n8n, Make, Anthropic / OpenAI APIs) that augment teams on ticketing, lead qualification, reporting, and orchestration of repetitive tasks
