• • Project Control & Coordination: coordinating multiple parallel IT projects, tracking work packages, measures, and deliverables

• • Project Planning & Controlling: supporting goal, schedule, and milestone planning; monitoring progress, budget, and resources

• • Reporting & Stakeholder Management: preparing status reports, information sessions, and steering commitee materials

• • Risk Management: risk analysis and development of mitigation measures

• • Documentation of results, progress, and lessons learned

• • Agile PM (WFM): structuring work packages as epics/stories, backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, capacity analysis, and burndown chart tracking

• • Coordination of IT service operations, incidents, service requests and escalations in an international enterprise environment

• • Planning and coordination of enterprise-wide rollout, deployment and migration projects impacting over 1,000 users, including Windows 10, Intune and Ivanti implementations
