Ich bin Elise Gaudechoux, spreche drei Sprachen – Englisch, Französisch und Deutsch – und bin Spezialistin für menschliche und nachhaltige Veränderungsprozesse.

Veränderungen für ein Unternehmen sind wie ein Eisberg. Ein Teil ist die gewünschte äußere Veränderung, die Ergebnisse eines Projekts, Expansion, neue effizientere Prozesse, neue Organisation, neue Tools (KI), und der unter Wasser liegende Teil dieses Projekts: die Werte der Gruppe, die Kultur, die Gefühle, die Ängste, das Unausgesprochene, die Missverständnisse, die Ego-Streitigkeiten, der Daseinszweck des Projekts (der manchmal verloren geht). Ich begleite Unternehmen dabei, mit ihren Teams an diesem unter Wasser liegenden Teil zu arbeiten, die inneren und manchmal unsichtbaren Veränderungen zu bewältigen, die jedoch für den Erfolg einer nachhaltigen und soliden Veränderung unerlässlich sind.

Ich verwende die Werkzeuge der Toscane-Methode, einer humanistischen Methode, um Menschen und Organisationen in Bewegung zu bringen.

Ich stütze mich auf umfangreiche internationale Erfahrungen (Positionen in KMU, Großunternehmen, Start-ups und öffentlichen Einrichtungen), die mir ein umfassendes Verständnis der Unternehmensdynamik und fundierte Kenntnisse der individuellen und kollektiven menschlichen Dynamik vermittelt haben (Erfahrung in der Prävention psychosozialer Risiken, Ausbildung in gewaltfreier Kommunikation und Zertifizierung in Sophrologie, tiefgreifendes Interesse an Psychologie) .

During my temporary assignment at the École des Mines d'Alès, I actively participated in organizing and launching field assignments for engineering students. These assignments are an important part of their training, as they allow them to discover how companies operate in practice and to apply the knowledge they have acquired during their academic studies.

In this context, I helped prepare and implement the system for placing students in their host companies. My role was to support coordination between the school, the students, and partner organizations to ensure that each assignment ran smoothly. This involved preparing the necessary information for students, providing administrative support for the assignments, and offering logistical assistance to ensure that this key stage of their training ran smoothly.

I also helped with the operational launch of the field assignments, ensuring that students had all the necessary information before their departure. This included coordinating with teaching teams, organizing communication materials, and managing certain organizational aspects related to the mission schedule.

In addition, I had the opportunity to play a central role in organizing two major events bringing together around 300 people.
