Selected as artist in residence in Rivello, a small hilltop village in the Basilicata region of Southern Italy, as part of a cultural initiative promoted by the Comune di Matera. The residency involved an immersive research process into the village's historical memory, carried out through direct engagement with local residents and the collection of their personal photographic archives.

The project resulted in a curated photography exhibition and a video installation, both exploring the relationship between collective memory, identity, and place. The photographic exhibition presented a selection of images sourced from residents' private collections, recontextualised to reflect the social and historical fabric of the village across different generations. The video installation expanded on this material, weaving archival imagery into a layered visual narrative that gave form to the passage of time and the traces it leaves on a community.

The residency required skills in archival research, community engagement, curatorial selection, video editing, and exhibition design, encompassing the full creative and logistical process from fieldwork to final presentation.

Collaborated with Quartiermeister, a Berlin-based beverage company known for its commitment to local and sustainable production, as a freelance videomaker and video editor. Responsible for the conception, shooting, and post-production of promotional video content for the company's seasonal events and marketing campaigns.

The work involved the full production pipeline, from pre-production planning and on-location filming to editing, color grading, and final delivery. Each video was tailored to reflect the brand's identity and communicate effectively with its audience across digital platforms.

The role required a strong ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and translate a brand's values into compelling visual narratives.

Contributed as cartoonist, storyboard artist and scriptwriter to MIZZECA, an independent underground magazine founded in Palermo and dedicated to the city's alternative comics scene. The magazine served as a platform for emerging local artists working outside mainstream publishing, with a strong focus on original illustration and sequential storytelling.

The work involved writing original scripts, developing storyboards and creating illustrations published across several issues. Each piece was crafted to align with the magazine's visual identity while maintaining a distinct personal voice.

The role required skills in scriptwriting, visual storytelling, illustration, and the ability to work within the aesthetic framework of an independent editorial project.
