With 15 years in global operational roles at SAP Concur, BetterUP, and American Express Travel, I have led and recovered implementations across finance, HR, travel, and operations platforms. My largest recovery was a £2.5M SAP Concur rollout. I have worked across EMEA with distributed teams, regulated industries, and Fortune 500 governance structures.

Companies bring me in when a go-live has slipped, vendors and internal teams have stopped trusting each other, or leadership has lost visibility into what is happening on the ground. I stabilize the situation, rebuild the plan, and get the project moving again.

I also get brought in at the start, when a company wants someone who has done this before to run the delivery properly from day one.
