In this role, I advise the new COO on operational questions, budgeting processes, organizational restructuring, and stakeholder navigation. I also support knowledge transfer on selected initiatives.

As COO of TUM Venture Labs (2022–2025), I scaled the organization from 10 to 70+ employees and expanded the startup pipeline from 100 to 600+ teams across 12 deep-tech incubators. I introduced OKRs and agile practices, built partnerships with corporates and universities, and positioned the Labs as a central player in Munich’s innovation ecosystem. I also rolled out digital infrastructures (Notion, Salesforce, Slack), managed major events and startup programs, and oversaw budgeting, reporting, and legal negotiations.

As Managing Director of TUM Venture Lab Robotics & AI, I established and led the Lab, building its strategy, operations, and team. I developed partnerships with academia, industry, and startups to strengthen Munich’s robotics and AI ecosystem, while designing venturing programs and support structures for early-stage founders. I represented the Lab externally with investors, policymakers, and corporates, and managed daily operations, budgeting, and long-term sustainability.
